We all get angry. Anger can be a wonderful motivator, to make you want to change something that's wrong. But it can cause difficulties in relationships, stress at home and trouble at school. It can give children a reputation for being badly behaved, out of control or aggressive. There are clever techniques to manage angry feelings.
