• Turn at the traffic lights on the main Oxford road by the central shops - signed Car Park.

• Drive along Hensington Road, with the Car Park and Fire Station on your left.

• Follow along over speed bumps and into a 20 limit and a right-hand bend.

• After the bend, turn sharp right into New Road marked as no-through road.

• The property is at the far end on the left just before you reach the old telephone exchange building and the masonic hall.
